One Big Difference Between Good Leaders and Great Leaders
“Success is often achieved by those who don’t know that failure is inevitable.”
“My life has a superb cast but I can’t figure out the plot.”
A few weeks ago I was sitting in our church, engaged in the message being shared by our pastor. As he began to deliver a particular point about living a Christian life, it resonated well with me as something very similar to what I’ve been encouraging in others for quite some time about personal success.
My pastor’s point was that there is absolutely a clear pathway to successful living, and something we often lose sight of. Here’s the recipe:
The peculiar thing about this recipe though, is that it’s the same for success… or failure!
What we THINK about becomes our ACTIONS;
Our ACTIONS become our HABITS;
Our HABITS become our LIFESTYLE;
Our LIFESTYLE becomes our DESTINY!
A Destiny of Success, or of Failure – all begins with our THOUGHTS!!!
“Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”
“We can each define ambition and progress for ourselves. The goal is to work toward a world where expectations are not set by the stereotypes that hold us back, but by our personal passion, talents, and interests.”
“Your excuses might be legit, but they won’t improve your life.”
“Sometimes it’s the people you can’t help who inspire you the most.”
